Anger Danger

The book of Jonah follows the story of a rebellious prophet, but more so, it is the story of God's relentless grace toward those who are perishing. In today's text, God's prophet has an unexpected response to God's lavish display of mercy: anger. And this anger in him - and in us - is a warning of much deeper problems in our soul which need to be attended to.
