The book of Titus is in many ways God's manual for church planting, His game plan for establishing and maintaining a healthy church family. However, the principles relate beyond just the walls of the church, and have direct application for the family as well. In today's text, Paul reinforces the importance of godly leadership for the flourishing of the church family. While the direct application is for qualifications of eldership, there are lessons for men and women alike in our need to grow in godliness.
