Genuine Repentance

The book of Jonah follows the story of a rebellious prophet, but more so, it is the story of God's relentless grace toward those who are perishing. In today's text, we are given a living picture of genuine repentance - what it looks like and its essence - but more importantly, we see the steadfast love of God who is quick to forgive when we turn from our sin.
